Practical insights into the ecosystem
The 27th Open Online Consultation (OOC #27) focused on Electronic Attestations of Attributes (EAAs) within the EUDI Wallet ecosystem and marked the second part of our two‑session series on digital credentials and trust. The session provided hands-on insights into EAA formats and types, their technical foundations and issuance processes, as well as privacy‑preserving presentation and verification. Using a gym membership as a practical example, participants explored how EAAs work in real-world scenarios and the roles played by EAA issuers and relying parties.
