SCCON Webinar: Connecting Public Administration – From BundID to the EUDI Wallet

As the patron of the Smart Country Convention, the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and State Modernization (BMDS) provided insights into how the BundID will interact with the EUDI Wallet in the future and how secure integration with the EUDI Wallet can be successfully achieved for public administrations.

The webinar focused on the role of BundID as the central citizen account and its integration into the EUDI Wallet ecosystem. It highlighted how public administrations can connect to the EUDI Wallet and outlines future perspectives for user‑friendly access to digital public services. A concluding Q&A session provided an opportunity for exchange and further discussion.
